Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour experience for a 95% refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour experienceās start time, all the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes or amendment made less than 24 hours before the tour experienceās start time will not be accepted.
- Operation of times are based on the tour experienceās local time.
- If you canceled due to poor weather, youāll be offered a different date or a 95% refund.
